  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Senior level experience with software engineering practices and lifecycles
  • Experienced with Web Application architectural concerns
  • 2-5 years commercial experience designing Multi-Tier Web Applications
  • 4-7 years commercial experience with .Net platform (C#.Net)
  • 4-7 years commercial experience with MS SQL, DB2, or Oracle
  • Experienced in Javascript and AJAX techniques
  • Strong User Interface Design Skills and knowledge of Usability Concerns
  • Ability to demonstrate strong team leadership and project management capabilities
  • Communicate and work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to teach new skills and technologies to team members
  • Able to design and program Web Forms using ASP.Net
  • Able to program XML Web Services
  • Able to hand code HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2005
