Cmaeon has worked closely with Pamela’s team the past few months to bring success and better visibility to PamelaAnderson.com and her related products.
The Story
Cmaeon transferred Pamela Anderson’s existing site on to a Content Management System (CMS) to improve organization and the ability to provide fresh relevant content for visitors. We also designed a more aesthetically pleasing and user friendly site by adding a fully functional online store; complete with a full product catalog, full transaction processing abilities and SSL security for safe ordering. Cmaeon fully manages all aspects of Pamela’s online store, from order processing to customer support. Another new addition to PamelaAnderson.com is the registration process designed for users to create their own accounts to interact with the site. To date, we have over 40,000 registered users.
In addition to the updated site and online store, we also integrated CRM into Pamela’s site to ensure successful management, interaction and engagement of all the registered users. With Cmaeon’s CRM, 1to1Real, Pamela’s team is able to send tailored email messages to Pamela’s registered members, informing them of updates to Pamela’s site and store; continually re-engaging the users to continue interaction with the site.
The Result
After the website went live, Cmaeon has continued to provide timely content updates on latest news as well as personal entries form Pamela for a more intimate user experience. We continue to improve interactivity of the site by adding upsells such as a “Pam’s Favorite Books and Movies” section which provides additional value to visitors, an extra revenue channel and boosts monetization. Cmaeon has been able to tie everything together by managing unified Social Media platforms on Facebook, Twitter and Myspace. We continually work to develop and engage PamelaAnderson’s user base, giving visitors another platform to connect with Pamela.
Moving Forward
For 2010 and beyond, Cmaeon’s focus will be on increasing the visibility of many of Pamela’s new products to be launched this year and the improvement of the online store and general site to allow Pamela’s fans to continue to enjoy their experience on PamelaAnderson.com. We are dedicated to providing all of our valued clients the same standard in products and service and continue to create new systems of content and customer relationship management software to help clients expand their businesses.
