In December of 2006 Dockside Green was in the process of building a complete in-house sales and marketing team. As part of that process I was looking for an online solutions provider who could not only provide online marketing but ideally help us integrate our entire online marketing strategy. A key component for Dockside was a user friendly CRM system that would provide our sales team with easy access to interested clients and the ability to task these clients by rank and send them personalized email communications. As Director of Sales and Marketing I wanted that same system to provide me with reports that we could use better understand our target markets, what type of product they were interested and a system that would allow me to target groups easily with the right messages.

The CMAEON  integrated connected market space solution allowed us to work with one partner to market to potential buyers, collect and store their data and communicate to them in a targeted effective manner. On top of those services we went one step further and enlisted the CMAEON web design team to upgrade the Dockside site and make it part of our overall integrated online solution.

After operating several Pharmacy Systems over my 20 years experience, in multiple settings Hospital, Retail, and Mail Order, I had the pleasure of using Phoenix 1to1 Pharmacy system.  I say pleasure, because it was truly just that.  Prior to obtaining Phoenix 1to1 Pharmacy, I had to “just make it work”, battle, and manipulate the previous pharmacy system used for a mail order company I worked for.  This antiquated system was very time consuming taking up to 15 minutes just to data enter a patient, not to mention all the preparation time for the supporting documents.  It sometimes couldn’t perform even relatively simple tasks required to fulfill my workload, and at times caused an enormous amount of grief.

Grief was not an exaggeration with the previously mentioned pharmacy management software as on several occasions, I lost a batch of hundreds of labels when the system went down during printing of the morning’s batch of shipping labels and documents.  With that system, there was no history that could be retrieved and reprinted.  A long process of reports had to be used to manually reverse every fill that day, and then manually refill every order, and finally the reprint process could be started over.  On one occasion I actually got to this point, and lost the print job yet again.  You can imagine my stress level at this point. Phoenix 1to1 Pharmacy system turned my grief into assurance that my data was safe, and following simple procedures could be accessed as far back as I chose to keep the history.
